The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our Operations team.

Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager, you will lead a team of warehouse operatives to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are achieved. You will play a key role in driving operational performance, developing colleagues, and fostering a positive team culture in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve shift KPIs and operational targets.
• Allocate workloads and monitor team performance throughout the shift.
• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, and movement of stock.
• Maintain high standards of Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety compliance.
• Support colleague engagement, training, and development.
• Collaborate with Production, Inventory, and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and stock availability.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate operational issues and support problem-solving activities.
• Act as a role model for HelloFresh values and ways of working.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or food environment.
• Experience leading and developing operational teams.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong people leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
