You have three plans to choose from, all of which give you access to comprehensive medical coverage including preventive, diagnostic care, and prescription drug benefits. Preventive care is covered at 100% with in-network providers, and no referral is needed to see a specialist.

Our medical plans also give you have access to Telehealth (virtual doctor visit) and a virtual physical therapist at no cost to you.

When enrolled in one of our three plans, you will be eligible to participate in our Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). The HRA is an account to help you pay for some out-of-pocket expenses. Americold funds this account for you when you complete various wellness activities designed to support you on your journey towards a healthier lifestyle.

Retirement Plan

Americold encourages you to take care of your future by planning well today! Our 401(k) plan helps you prepare for retirement. You can make pre-tax, and/or after-tax Roth contributions. Americold will match 50% of the first 6% of eligible pay you contribute.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Americold offers spending accounts that allow you to set aside pretax dollars to use for expenses such as health care and dependent care.

We also offer a transportation benefits program where you can set aside pretax dollars that you can use to pay for your transit and parking expenses related to your commute to work.

Life Insurance

Americold automatically provides you with basic life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) at no cost to you. In addition, you have the option of purchasing additional group insurance for yourself and your dependents.
