| Primary Responsibility : Responsible for performing financial analysis, forecasting, and revenue reporting of our existing customers. Analyze revenue trends and identify data patterns as well as assist with sales pipeline reporting and sales key metrics. What You’ll Do : • Assist in preparing monthly revenue analysis for our Domestic Book of Business; a widely used report that gives financial detail and trends at the customer level. • Collect and analyze data to evaluate monthly and annual sales goals, quotas, and forecasts. • Create pipeline reports out of Salesforce highlighting key sales metrics • Assist with accuracy and completeness of data inputs and driving data validation of sales metrics in Salesforce. • Assist with weekly sales pipeline forecast that provides guidance on yearly sales goals. • Work with Business Development team (BD) to move opportunities in Salesforce along the different stages in the sales process • Partner with Business Development organization to understand customer revenue trends and report findings into key themes that drives decision making for Senior Management. • Report and analyze key performance metrics accurately and on a timely basis. • Support annual revenue budget process including the creation and distribution of budget templates, rate increase tracking, account level analytics, collection of budget data and reporting of annual goals. • Assist in the data collection and reporting of committed revenue accounts across the network. • Flexible and willing to assume other duties and ad hoc projects as needed supporting BD organization and Sales Analytics team. What Experience and Education You Need : • Must be 18 years of age. • Currently enrolled at a U.S. accredited college/university as a senior undergraduate or recently graduated student, or in final year of graduate studies • Must have a cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale as of the Spring semester • Be able to work a minimum of 10 weeks College Senior or MBA student • Experience working in a corporate office environment preferred but not required, with the proven work ethics and ability to take initiative and meet deadlines. • Pursuing a degree in Business or Finance related field. What Could Set You Apart : • Strong proficiency in MS office tools including, PP, Excel and Access • Must be highly motivates and resourceful and able to perform research with limited supervision • Must have a collaborative approach demonstrating flexibility and commitment. • Salesforce knowledge a plus.
