What You'll Do
You will oversee and lead a team of recruiters, managing day-to-day recruitment operations and ensuring high quality service delivery. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, building relationships with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes. Frequent travel is required, approximately 25-35% of the time.
Essential Functions
- Lead, coach, and develop recruiters while managing individual requisitions and improving team capability.
- Provide guidance on candidate sourcing and market intelligence to influence talent decisions.
- Evaluate and improve recruitment strategies, processes, and success measures using KPIs and metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR business partners, hiring managers, and candidates to identify trends and resolve issues.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment trends, best practices, and legal developments.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned regions or corporate functions, including full cycle recruiting services.
- Promote a customer-centered culture and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment effectiveness and quality.
- Other essential duties may be applicable and assigned as necessary.
What Experience and Education You Need
- Minimum 7 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a complex global recruiting environment or recruiting search firm with high-volume or corporate functions recruiting experience required.
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing recruitment teams.
- Experience influencing leaders across multiple disciplines, functions, and geographies.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and generate actionable insights to drive decisions and performance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience required.

Physical Requirements
- Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, reaching, and/or bending.
- Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work, including the operation of computers, telephones, and similar equipment.
- Requires ability to comprehend and communicate with others, verbally and/or in writing.
- May require travel by automobile and airplane for business.
- May require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing.
- May require the occasional lifting, carrying, positioning, and/or moving of objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
