What You'll Do

You will design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions to automate business workflows and processes. You will analyze business requirements, translate them into automated solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide RPA initiatives. Occasional travel by automobile and airplane may be required for business purposes.

Essential Functions

  • Design and code automation bots to streamline business processes and workflows.
  • Deploy and maintain RPA components including bots and supporting tools.
  • Evaluate, test, and debug automated workflows to ensure effective implementation.
  • Analyze and translate business process requirements into automated solutions.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture and business partners to develop and support RPA strategies.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and monitor RPA system performance.
  • Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions and provide training or content for IT team members.
  • Other essential duties may be applicable and assigned as necessary.

What Experience and Education You Need

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience required in developing automation solutions using the complete UiPath suite including UiPath Apps/Orchestrator, UiPath Action Center, Automation Hub, AI Center, Insights, Process and Task Mining.
  • Demonstrated experience applying RPA concepts, best practices, design patterns, and development standards in automation projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective customer support in a technical environment and work independently while guiding less experienced developers.
  • Demonstrated planning, task organizing, and execution skills including experience constructing and running SQL queries, UI development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, ASP.net, and knowledge of FMEA, ITIL, COBIT, ISO, and Project Management Methodologies.

What Could Set You Apart

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in conceptual design for automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with other RPA platforms and tools such as PEGA robotics, Prism, and Automation Anywhere.
  • UiPath RPA Developer or RPA Associate certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of implementing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise software applications such as WMS, Distribution, Transportation, and Labor Management.
  • General application development experience with modern UI/UX frameworks and API development.
  • Knowledge of programming languages including C#, VB.Net, Python, or Java.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Physical Requirements

  • Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, reaching, and/or bending.
  • Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work including the operation of computers, telephones, and similar equipment.
  • Requires ability to comprehend and communicate with others verbally and/or in writing.
  • May require travel by automobile and airplane for business.
  • May require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing.
  • May require the occasional lifting, carrying, positioning, and/or moving of objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
