What You'll Do

You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the EVP Chief Human Resource Officer and the corporate Human Resources team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication among HR functions. You will organize logistics for events and travel, maintain documentation, and perform confidential administrative tasks as needed.

Essential Functions

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts for the executive team.
  • Organize logistics for programs, events, meetings, and conferences, including facilities, catering, invitations, and budget control.
  • Prepare agendas, notices, correspondence, and meeting minutes, and respond to routine internal and external communications.
  • Arrange complex travel plans, maintain travel calendars, and compile documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Prepare expense reports, create memos, purchase requisitions, and maintain vendor master files.
  • Produce HR reports requiring analysis and data compilation, and perform administrative project work including research and summarization.
  • Update and report in applicable databases, and create presentations and documents as required.
  • Other essential duties may be applicable and assigned as necessary.

What Experience and Education You Need

  • Minimum 5 years of professional office experience supporting C-level executives or equivalent training and experience.
  • Associate degree or High School Diploma with applicable experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in human resources and direct customer service roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, reaching, and/or bending.
  • Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work, including the operation of computers, telephones, and similar equipment.
  • Requires ability to comprehend and communicate with others verbally and/or in writing.
  • May require travel by automobile and airplane for business.
  • May require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing.
  • May require the occasional lifting, carrying, positioning, and/or moving of objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
